                               RESOLUTION NO. 20771

                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF 
                  THE GENERAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO ENTER INTO 
                  A CONTRACT AMENDMENT WITH WARREN PARKER 
                  UNLIMITED D/B/A EXHIBITS UNLIMITED SO AS TO 
                  DELETE SECTION 10 REDUCING SAID CONTRACT BY 
                  FIFTY-TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($52,000.00), FOR A 
                  REDUCED CONTRACT AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED 
                  TWENTY-TWO THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED NINETY 
                  DOLLARS ($122,390.00).
                  
                  
                                                     
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to enter into a 
       Contract Amendment with Warren Parker Unlimited d/b/a Exhibits 
       Unlimited so as to delete Section 10 of the Contract, which 
       provides for a video wall for the Chattanooga African-American 
       Museum, reducing the total amount of said Contract by $52,000.00, 
       for a reduced contract amount of $122,390.00.
